Event Waiting Staff

@ RELIEF CHEFS UK We are looking for a Catering Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various catering events. You will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our clients and their guests. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle catering equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working condition.
• Assist in preparing food and beverages, following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Serve guests with a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations throughout the event.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering area before, during, and after events.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and excellent customer service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar catering or hospitality role.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Desired Experience

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced event environment.
• Familiarity with different types of catering equipment and their operation.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
