Duties
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food production and service.
Your duties will include:
– Assisting in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
– Collaborating with the Head Chef to create new menu items and specials
– Managing and training kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as necessary
– Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
– Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
– Supporting the Head Chef in administrative tasks such as scheduling, menu planning, and cost control
